Refund Policy

Due to the delicate nature of vintage items, all sales are final sale. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase; after that, cancellations are no longer possible as the order will have been processed.

Unless otherwise stated, all items we sell are vintage and therefore pre-loved. Vintage pieces are sold as seen and may show signs of wear, so please review the photos and item description carefully before purchasing. For clothing, be sure to check all measurements and sizing as well.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive it. We'll always do our best to make it right, but issues reported more than 2 working days after delivery may fall outside our quality guarantee.
